How best can I use my time as I wait to schedule my CA RE Exam

Hello! I am done with the coursework for the CA RE exam but DRE is behind in processing apps so I have to wait to schedule my exam. In the meantime I was wondering how best to use the time. I have some investing experience but mostly outside CA. I am looking at identifying a broker and reviewing resources on this site. What else can I get a head-start on? How do I keep up with the latest events in the area?

Thanks,

Noopur

Decide on an area of REI to do. Start using active listings and doing deal analysis. I would do two per week. Bring them back here and ask people to critique.

If you have a specific market identified I would start making a list for a potential team.
