To LLC? Or not to LLC?
Morning BP fam,
I am getting ready to write an offer on my first investment property; a nice little 4 plex. At which point in the investing journey, if at all, should I consider starting and putting properties under an LLC?
All input is greatly appreciated.

It's generally a good idea to put your property in an LLC. It's protection for you, should there ever be a lawsuit.
