Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio Investing

Hi All! I'm an investor from Spokane Washington and I currently have one multi family unit in my area. However I'm looking to invest in the Cincinnati markets or the Dayton Ohio markets and I'm looking for some advice.

1) Are multi family properties heavily sought after in these markets?

2) Do tenants lean toward single family homes or the multi family? It seems to me that affordability is really good in that area so I can't imagine why a prospective tenant wouldn't lean more toward a single family.

3) Go to property managers/Contractors

4) Who are the Go-To Wholesalers?

5) Who are the Go-To Real estate agents for investors?

Thank you!

It is extremely hard to find reputable PM companies in the Cincinnati market.
