Does Age Matter??

Posted

I am looking at closing on my first deal (live in flip/rent) in the next 30 days. I have done loads of research and I’m just about ready. BUT, I would like to hear some input about people’s experiences with older houses vs a newer house. Trying balance out if a newer higher price house is better long term than an older cheaper house. Thank you in advance!!

It depends on what your exit strategy is. I do not like to hold rentals built prior to 2000. They are a money pit in repairs and maintenance.
