Hello, 

I’m looking for anyone who would be interested in drone shots for their marketing. I’ve been in the market for one for my personal automotive hobbies and want to see if I can turn this liability into an asset haha. I am looking at closing on my first deal (live in flip/rent) in the next 30 days. I have done loads of research and I’m just about ready. BUT, I would like to hear some input about people’s experiences with older houses vs a newer house. Trying balance out if a newer higher price house is better long term than an older cheaper house. Thank you in advance!!
