Looking to network with Cleveland based Agents/Contractors

Hi there! I am a new investor (zero properties under my belt), more so aspiring investor right now. I've been actively learning about RE investing since late last year and doing my best to find an opportunity in my city, Philadelphia.

Although its bold to start with an out of state property to invest in, i'd like to widen my lens a bit and would love to network with agent and contractors in the Cleveland market. I was inspired by a recent BP podcast about a woman named Yaamu Camara who thrived as an out of state rookie investor in the Cleveland market. She's one of the most successful guests to join a BP podcast episode. HIGHLY recommend listening to it- episode 761.

As a result, Im looking into brrrr opportunities where i can create equity in the Cleveland market! Im starting off with roughly $40K that i'd like to work with. Not interested in buying an LTR right now as minimal cashflow isn't aligned to my long term goals. Would love to network with people that can I can hopefully work with longer term! Thank you and best of luck to everyone.

You can start by using the FIND AN AGENT tool at the top of your screen to search for agents in that market that are also BP members.

Check out the Holton-Wise Group for detailed information about the entire market and breakdowns of specific neighborhoods. He also has a ton of fun videos to watch so you know what you're getting into.
