Hi Bigger Pockets Family, 

Im a Newbie Investor with 1 FLIP so Far, only to Break Even on my 1st Flip. Although Ive learned alot, what i need to improve on are Comps. Any suggestions or help, anyone could offer would Truly Be Grateful and go a Long Way for me.

@Joey Ramos, find a resourceful real estate agent to work with. Leverage their time/skills to run comps for you. Whoever you used to list your first property should be your point of contact for sourcing comps. Hope this helps!
