Hi Joey, I would do a quick Google Search for a Property Management companies in your area. I would identify the ones with the top reviews and interview at least three. Most property management companies should be able to provide you a rental analysis and will have a good boots on the ground opinion for rental rates in that area. Having a good Property Manager can really be the difference in obtaining and maintaining a successful investment or a non successful investment.

I Appreciate the Advice. Ive been working with a Realtor, but the Realtor does not seem to care to send over Comps along side the properties he sends over. Even after i ask
