I'm a new whole sale real estate investor in Atlanta, Georgia. I was wondering what steps I should take after finding a vacant house and getting in touch with the owners. What information do I need to know before contacting a buyer?What should I do after contacting a buyer? and Is there any important information I need to know through out this whole process?
