Should I Sale or Should I Rental

Eddy Tijerina
Posted

Hello

My name is Eddy I'm a General Contractor that's been flipping houses for other people for years, and finally did my own. Now my dilemma is the house is been for sale for a month I know the market is not the same as it was so I'm thinking of refinancing it pull some money out and rent it out until the market gets better or just keep renting it out. I'm just looking for some feedback or advice from some one that's been through this processes. I have another property that I am fixing to rent. So maybe I was thinking I might the same with the first one. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time

Will you make money renting the house? or atleast breakeven? If so then why not rent it out. It will save you on holding cost until the market can go back up. If you will keep loosing money then I would do everything you can to get that place sold.
