Like most of us here, I'm just getting started with real estate. I've been reading books, going to meetups, and connecting with anyone I can that can give me more insight.
I'm interested in learning more about obtaining rental properties, but I'm open to learning about any methods you have found to work!

As Jonathan mentioned I'm just starting to get into the game of real estate investing here in Richmond as well. I have a lot of experience working on the renovation side and hoping to buy my first property here in the next few months!
