Noob Manifesto for New Business

I think everyone should have a manifesto or guidelines for conducting business. Here’s mine in case it inspires anyone to do the same:

My most precious resources are time and relationships. I will not trade time for money or prioritize money above relationships. I will conduct business with humility, honor and integrity, treating everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve, and never compromise my morals or beliefs. I will not succumb to envy or greed or the love of money and will always have an attitude of gratitude looking for the blessings in all situations. I will be a good steward of my resources and generous with my successes. I will conduct my due diligence knowing that I cannot control the outcome, only my attitude and effort, and will learn from my failures but not let them define me or derail my efforts. I will not get trapped in comfort zones that will keep me from moving forward but will embrace the warrior spirit within me and move steadfastly toward the prize with nothing to hide, nothing to prove, and nothing to fear, giving all glory to God.
