Hi! I am looking for any recommendations on real estate agents in the Fort Lauderdale/Delray area. I am looking to purchase in the next 6 months. I am from NJ for now but hopefully in the next 3 to 4 years will be making the move (at least part time) to Florida. I am mostly interested in long term rentals. I am not afraid of some cosmetic work or properties that can't be rented for the first year.
