My First Deal

Recently I've been reading a lot more and more about Real Estate and whats really caught my attention is the single family or multi family homes. But, honestly I believe I don't have the knowledge and cash to begin with that. I know a couple investment I can start with like wholesaling, Finders fee and performing notes( if anyone has any better suggestions it would be really appreciated). With the new year starting I am definitely aiming at my first transaction to begin in 2014 and I have enough confidence to begin so if anyone has advice it will be useful.
