So I've been wholesaling virtually and I've closed two deals in PA and that got me super hyped! But recently I've been struggling on my next step. I feel like I've called as much as I called but still no recent progress, Due to the current pandemic there's no REIA's going on around my city and maybe I'm getting impatient but any experienced wholesalers out there looking to bring value to their team I'll be more then happy to join. I bring integrity and consistency everyday. Doesn't matter where in the US you are. Also any advice would be appreciated! Keep hustling and stay safe everyone!

So I'm planning to put this property in PA Allegheny County under contract but I need to find out how much is owed in the taxes. I've tried the tax assessors office but the owner claims there's way more owed on the property. Does anyone know a way I can find out exactly all that's owed on a property?

Hey everyone!, So I came to an agreement with a  seller virtually in PA and as an elderly citizen he's not familiar with Docusign. Which way would be best to send him the paperwork without having to travel down there from NY. Any replies would be appreciated, Thank you!

P.S. this is my third contract but first time dealing with this situation

I'm working on my next wholesale and I've come across a property in Allegheny county PA. I'm having trouble finding comps and would like to discuss this property's info with any investors in the area!

Recently I've been looking at properties around my neighborhood through many websites and if I find a great deal on a property how can I know if it's owned by an Real estate agent or if it's foreclosed?

To begin my RE career I've gotten an interest in Bird dog and Finders Fee and honestly I need some tips on these three questions:

1. Is it best to look for Pre-foreclosed homes or Auctioned Properties? ( Or any other option)

2. How can I determine if it's a great deal?

3. Which site or any type of advertisement would be best to look for?

Now, I know the answers to these but advice from experienced investors would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
