B. Property investor- SFH, Trailers, BRRRR, House hack, trailer hack, Military BAH, Fix Flip, value add 1/1 to a 2/1 so forth, subdivide lot, Property tax sales,

C.  Developer-  take a piece of land and go through due diligence, zoning, etc.   An existing facility and repurposing.
