Develop a learning path

Join a local REI group, posts, blogs, books, seminars, paid mentorship's ( not me, I'm burning some brush on a Subdivision we are doing, killing time right now), etc.

Ultimate learning process. Invest in you first REI. My first investment was my worst financially. It was my best investment, because I went from 50% knowledge to about 85%. I could have kept reading and asking questions but I would have never gotten there.
