First deal out of state?

I possibly have a deal with my father in law. He owns a condo free and clear and has been vacant for a while. He personally wants nothing to do with it but make money from it being sold. I don’t have the funds nor do I know where to find them. The property is in CT. Anyone have any ideas?

This might not work for him if he wants the money as a lump sum immediately, but you could ask him if he'd be willing to sell it to you with seller financing.
