What do you expect from your Realtor?

Hello BP community!

My name is Jake Browning. I am a new member of this amazing platform. I wanted to start this out by asking you, the investors, what you look for in a real estate agent. Being in the real estate world and dealing with single-family homes come with their obstacles. I would love to hear the investor's side of what they expect from the agent. What are three priorities you expect out of your Realtor? This can be in-state or out-of-state. I want to better myself as an agent and help other agents in the process. When everyone is on the same page; the smoother the transaction will be!
