FHA Pre Approval... OC a SFH or MFH, Orlando

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to investing, I just been soaking up all the great information on the BP site and listening to the podcasts just trying to learn as much as I can.

Well now I just got a Pre Approval for an $120,000 in Orlando,FL. Should I go the route of getting a SFH 3/2 and OC it for a year then rent it out after that year, or check out some MFH if availble in that price range?

I would like to know what you think. I appreciate input, advice, constructive criticism, ideas, etc.
