Hi @Matt McGuire,

I will be relocating to the Houston/ Woodland area later this month. I’m interested in attending future meetups. Is this meetup usually at the same location on a monthly basis?

Hi @Dylan Eldred,

I’m currently relocating to the Houston area later this month. I won’t be in town for this upcoming meetup, but I would like to attend the next one. How often are the meetups and are they at the same location as stated above?

@Rob Hakes Thanks for responding, passive, steady and boring is exactly what I am looking for. I think that a concern of mines is what happens in the event of a performing note going non-performing.

@Steve Hodgdon Thanks, I just started listening to his podcast and watching his videos on youtube. I agree, you don't need a lot of partners just a few you can trust.

@Jamie Bateman Thank you for the feedback, I was actually watching your Youtube video with Chris and S. Burke

@Bob Kessing Thanks for your response, its looking good, I just need to do a little more due diligence and i'll decide if it will be a good fit.

@Chad U. I agree, I won't name them but i have ran into a few who pretend to be experts. Thanks for your response

Good morning @Robert Hytha! Thanks for the response. I’m new to the note investing space and want to start off with buying a partial note to test the waters. That is good to hear that you have had a positive experience with Chris over a decent timeframe. I know you said you was on the “selling” side but have you heard anything Info or reviews from the “buying” side?

Hey John, were you able to find any reviews on MoFin Lending, or decided to use their services? I'm considering using them.

Thanks

I'm not sure if you have made a decision yet, but i'm currently in the process of getting my license with AceableAgent. Like Joe said it's fully online and self-paced. They do cap you at 12 hours per day, other than that they are pretty good I have no complaints so far.
