Good evening and Happy New Years Eve!! 

I currently live in Wilder next to NKU, I purchased this duplex almost a year ago (January 2022), and have been doing a lot on my own. Although, I am consistently learning the downfalls of doing this alone and want to build a team that can help me in my real estate investment journey.
