New to Real Estate, Ready for Bigger Pockets!

For the past two months, I’ve been obsessively listening to the BP podcast starting from the inception of the podcast and working my way up towards the episodes in the 100s. It’s been really fascinating to hear the stories of real estate investors, the various strategies that are viable, as well as all of the detail oriented information regarding all types of deals. I’ve listened and I’m currently listening to audio books that have been recommended by guests on the podcast and overall I’ve derived significant value from BP. This weekend I attended a 3-day class on tax liens & deeds in my hometown in South FL. I plan on purchasing my first tax lien in 3 weeks and until then I’ll be doing as much due diligence as possible to prepare for that next step in this new journey. Eventually, I’d like to have some rental properties in my portfolio to generate some passive income.

My current niche - acquisition of vacant land (in urban/residential rural areas) via tax liens & deeds, appreciate the value of properties I acquire (I own a permaculture company that installs food forests so I highly look forward to intertwining the worlds of regenerative ecology with real estate), and wholesale to buyers that want to either build and resell at  market value, or to homeowners that want to build a dream home on a property that comes with a biodiverse exotic fruit orchard (which can be streamlined as a side business or appreciated as an amenity that provides abundance for friends and family).

I look forward to sharing on these forums and connecting with members of the BP community. Special thanks to BP for the platform, podcasts, guidance, resources, and inspiration! And of course, cheers to my first post, and to many more!

Anywho, I’ll leave y’all with this:

“All Investors Are Entrepreneurs, But Not All Entrepreneurs Are Investors…”

Would y’all agree?

Sincerely,

Danny G.

Welcome to BP Daniel!

It seems like you have covered a lot of material yourself, but definitely check out @Robin Simon and the podcasts he's been on. Happy to forward them to you and would love to connect!
