Made my first Cold Call!

Just wanted to get on here to share this! I just spoke to my very first Cold Call looking for my first duplex to HouseHack and got my first "No!" Only about 99 more to go to my first Deal!!! I'll come back and update this post when that deal happens! I'm determined to do this so now it's just how long until I land that first one!
