Just wanted to get on here to share this! I just spoke to my very first Cold Call looking for my first duplex to HouseHack and got my first "No!" Only about 99 more to go to my first Deal!!! I'll come back and update this post when that deal happens! I'm determined to do this so now it's just how long until I land that first one! 

Hi all!
I just got sent a deal that is a bit North of Gainesville, Fl (Lake City). I’m based in Stuart which puts it about 4hrs from me. I still work a full-time job so I would need to do this remotely.

This will be our very first deal so the long distance is a bit unnerving, but the spread and the opportunity in the deal is making it worth considering! 
Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors in that area? We’re are planning to Flip this property if we take it and it will need basically a full interior rehab.

I’m going to search the interwebs but figured that I’d utilize my resources here first and see what I could get!

@Russell Brazil That’s what I figured. I didn’t plan to ask them if they were “Investor Friendly” lol. That’s why I had it in quotations because I know Investors and Agents don’t actually use that term 👍🏽 That’s why I was wanting suggestions on questions to ask them to find out if they would be a good fit for me as an Investor 😁 Thanks for the clarification 👍🏽😁

Hi all! I’ve been binge listening to the Real Estate Rookie podcast and I’m looking to get started by house-hacking a duplex!

I would love to hear some questions that I should be asking Real Estate Agents that I am looking into to bring onto my team. I know that there are some agents that are better suited for working with Investors than others so I was wanting to get some questions that you all would recommend I ask them when trying to decide who to use!
