I have been doing tons of educating on investing for several months now and was curious as to how you all got started? What was your first deal and how did it turn out? What area of real estate are you focused in and why? Where do you stand right now as far as passive income/ # of units owned/ current deals, ect.

I understand education is a great place to start. I'm already doing that. I want to hear how you all got started so i can get an idea as to where i should start! Thanks for all your help in advance!

1. Get in your car. Find a run down house. Find out who owns it. Get it under contract. Flip it to a retailer, walking away with 5k.

2.Find a duplex. Finance it as an owner/occupant with 5k down. Live free. Repeat the process until reaching Nirvana :)

Well - may be not that simple... Good luck!
