When to start advertising a new rental

Mikhael Brown
Posted

Should I wait to until my rental property is completely finished and ready to rent before I list it with an available date or should I start advertising a few weeks before it's done and use pictures of finished areas?

I recommend marketing two weeks prior to completion with a little buffer for the move-in date in case you get behind schedule.
