Is it better to do real estate investments in Dallas or Miami?
Hi.
I live in Toronto, Canada. But I am planning to make real estate investments either in Dallas or Miami. I am still deciding which is a better place for rental investments?
I know that Texas has higher property tax. But overall which is a better from real estate investments?

Those are both expensive markets. If those are the only choices, I would shoot for Dallas.
There are much better markets with lower purchase prices, better ROI.
