What is a good price point to buy fix &flip right now?

We bought our first investment property and looking to purchase more. What is a good price point to look into now that interest rates are high? We bought at $120 and ARV is $220.
What’s going fast? Higher price points?

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I am focusing on the entry point of affluent markets since these buyers are not affected by interest rates and it is the lowest price point available therefore less options to choose from.
