I am an educator and a notary signing agent who is looking and ready to invest in properties in Pennsylvania/New Jersey. This is my first time investing so I am open to advice on the best and most lucrative areas to cash flow, and willing to speak to realtors about the process of investing. Seeking knowledgeable realtors for guidance and opportunities. Ready to purchase once the $$$ makes sense.
