First time home buyer looking for investment multi family

Rick Tabarez
Posted

Where do I start?

This has probably been beaten to death on this forum, but I have to ask.

I am looking to invest into a multi family property, I first would like to know since I live in California and everything is still priced very high should I look into Texas? I plan on living in California for about the next five years ago for sure, but I love the Texas area and housing prices.

Also what do I start off by doing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Rick, I am not sure about Texas, because I am not an agent there. But if you like lower prices and looking for good cash flow, you may like the midwest. Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, etc. I am in Cincinnati and if you are ever looking into Cincinnati, I can be your guy! And I can get you help on the KY side as well!
