Are investment properties on leased land a bad idea? This particular property is a single family cottage by lake. Strategy would be STR.

Appreciate the feedback. If you have someone in mind who’s in my position and could benefit from a group meet/check-in, I’d love to connect.

As for a mentor, It would be great to have one of those too! But do agree someone with more experience would fit that mold.

Rookie investor here in Rhode Island.. Hoping to find a handful of investors of all experience levels to create an accountability group/mastermind.

My personal goal is to close on a property before end of year and acquire at least one property every quarter in 2023. I know what I NEED to do, but just want to share my journey with other like-minded investors and be able to bounce ideas, questions, problems off of them.
