Hi all. Excited that I am now officially apart of the Bigger Pockets community. 

My name is Anthony Diodato, and I am currently completing my Capstone Project at Fordham University for my M.S. in Real Estate Development which I am pitching a student housing project for Drexel University. 

Aside from this, I plan on moving home with my parents temporarily to save money so that I can get into an owner-occupied RE investment, thus starting my own portfolio.

Currently, I am looking to get my toes wet. I LOVE to learn about all things Real Estate. If you are a Real Estate Developer, Investor, Agent, House-Hacker, etc., I would be enamored at the opportunity to connect. I look forward to being able to add value to your own Real Estate journey in any way possible.

Hey Anthony. Your Capstone sounds fascinating, best of luck there. I love your plan to move home to save and pursue your first house hack. Starting here on Bigger Pockets is the best next step for you. I did the same two years ago and could not be prouder of where I landed. Advice to you to always remember, network is net worth and you will find building the right relationships will pay major dividends, in both real estate and in life. By aligning yourself with those who share similar goals, you are off to a great start on your journey and I wish you the best.
