SMALL MULTIFAMILY FIRST TIME INVESTER (VA LOAN)

Hello everyone,

I am 25 years old, out of the Miami area and I am interested in renting a small multifamily property (duplex or triplex) and making it an investment property. I am aware it would have to be my primary residents for a year if I use my VA loan, so I plan to live on one side while renting out the other(s). I am starting from square one and I will greatly appreciate any advice and or information anyone has to offer or would like to share. This will be my first time investing so no advice is to little. Thank you!
