New investors financing
For newer investors what would be the recommended way to go about financing? I know every investor likes doing their own thing, but for first timers whats the best recommended type of loan?
Thanks!

@Alvin Roehr, I concur with William. Newer investors are going to have a difficult time understanding the terms and rates of your unorthodox investment loan products such as hard money and DSCR, in my opinion. Every newer investor should have an interest in house hacking and therefore, should have a general understanding of conventional loan products. Owner-occupied loans will almost always have better rates/terms. Hope this makes sense and helps!
