Hello everyone,

Im looking into wholesaling as my strategy, with sfr, and small multi-family as my niche. I was wondering if i should get an LLC for this type of business, and will I be able to use the same llc if I decide to switch over to buy and hold?

@Maurice Ellis ,

I would keep them separate. Also, financing in an LLC can be an issue.

What @Ned Carey said pretty much covered; however, I am an accountant.
