Im looking into wholesaling as my strategy, with sfr, and small multi-family as my niche. I was wondering if i should get an LLC for this type of business, and will I be able to use the same llc if I decide to switch over to buy and hold?

Philly is very extensive when it comes to investment opportunities. Have you tried looking in the north section of the city, around temple university campus. I think you will be very satisfied with your findings. The area is 40% urban, 25% new development and 35% rehab potential.
