Setting up a Real Estate Syndication

Hello, I would like to create a US real estate syndication to purchase real estate in the United Kingdom.

I have lived and invested in the US and now I am partially based in the UK.

There is a good opportunity to invest in high quality rental properties with capital appreciation potential. However, the most attractive upside is the potential currency gain due against the currently weak British pound. I have been approached by a couple of close US investors who are interested in this potential. But they do not have the required capital on their own. So I thought I would explore real estate syndication.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
