Meeting a realtor tomorrow about wholesaling and investing

So I called a property and I got to talk to a realtor. I was absolutely 100 percent transparent and honest to her about my plans and goals about real estate and she said it was fine. I told her I wanted to start in wholesale because I have no money and not so great credit. She understood and said she worked with other investors and wholesalers before so that's great.

Now I'm going to meet her for coffee tomorrow and I don't want to be unprepared so what should I have and what should I ask her about??
