Skip tracing & propstream type softwares

Many real estate classes offer their packages which include education, training, summits, expos, workshops and real estate software all at very steep rates...

While I agree with the value in a lot of this and the mentors and networking relationships are great, but the seminars & business models seem over priced to hook you into a pricey monthly subscription & charge per cents per each skip tracing click.. I'm just wondering where can I find more affordable access to these competitive similar softwares and just but it out right.. something that I can fully purchase 1 time or very affordable sunscriptios to the live data feed updates, that the software does all the skip tracing and filter all the properties and data feeds for me.

Hoping someone could help share the wealth with what they know about this. I'm open to learning more and looking for the all in one stop so I can buy it, learn it and apply it without having to pay a company every month and risk them shutting down my access if I don't pay for the tool.
