Does anyone have property management company recommendations for long-term multi-family rentals in Pittsburgh, PA? I'm an out-of-state first-time investor. I've reached out to Mace and also planning to contact a few others such as Riva Ridge and DeSantis. If anyone has experience (or even contacts) with them or others, can you please share? Thank you so much in advance!
