The next SLO Real Estate Investor Meetup is going to be an open forum and deal discussion. It will be a mastermind type session for you to bring your deals for the group to analyze, overcome obstacles, structure deals, and talk about creative financing options. What is your biggest headache or problems in your investing career and business at this moment? We will be able to mastermind solutions around the table and help you problem solve!

No one has this thing all figured out, and that is exactly why we host this meetup. We are always learning new things, and we make a lot of mistakes along the journey.

We will be having guest speaker, Michael Stoltey. Michael established MD3 Investments, a private equity real estate development firm that is deeply rooted in the local community. Despite focusing his efforts on the central coast, Michael has experience working throughout the state across many asset classes, including housing, industrial, mini storage, multifamily, and office. Michael graduated from UC San Diego and received his MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. His active participation on the board of the HBAC and as the chair of the HBAC government affairs committee for Santa Barbara County highlights his dedication to fostering collaborative efforts between county leaders and developers to address housing needs. Michael's track record showcases his ability to devise development solutions that benefit communities, and he remains focused on partnering with municipalities to drive positive change.

How have you been doing working toward your real estate investing goals? All it takes is one small action item each day to move you forward towards your goals. Being surrounded by other people taking action and making progress is so motivating it helps spur each of us on to do bigger and better things!

We have a lot to be grateful for this year. We live in a country where we have clean water, an abundance of food, and highly subsidized loan programs which help people get into homeownership.

In order to celebrate, join us for a great investorsgiving, Tuesday, November 28 at 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Quality Suites on Monterey in San Luis Obispo. It will be Potluck Style, so bring your favorite appetizer to share. We will eat food, mix and mingle, and brainstorm over real estate deals.

We will also be hosting a food drive! We believe that we have been blessed to be a blessing to others. If you would like to donate please bring a bag filled with non-perishable food items that we can donate to a local food pantry on your behalf to help families in need over the holidays this year.
