List of Rental homes from Craiglist want to mail letter

I have been compiling a list from craigslist of the rental properties in my Chattanooga zipcode. 156 SFH propeties. It contains property address, # bed and bath, rents. I want to get the property owners name and mailing address and send them a letter about buying their property. I am trying to find the most efficient way to do this. I could go to the county tax site and find the info. but inputing the data is time consuming. Then I need to find a way to do a mail merge with the info. The goal is to introduce myself to these landlords and see if they have any interest in selling either now or in the future. I want them to call me when they are ready to sell.

Thomas, I don't understand. If you got the properties off Craigslist, you already have a phone number, or email link. Those are better than a mailing address. Use them!
