Comps
What is the best way to get the comps for properties without having to pay to get information?

I'm going to echo Ned here. I use Redfin and my agent always asks me how I know so much without having MLS access. You have to be careful though Redfin is only available in certain areas. Your county tax website is another good place to look up sales information.
