Can someone look at my analysis and tell me if I calculated anything something wrong please. The P&L statement tells a different story then what i analyzed.

8 - 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath units (2 buildings)
Rents 1 - $875, 2 - $500, 3 - $910, 4 -$910, 5 - $910, 6 - $910, 7 - $910, 8 - $750

What is the best way to purchase investment properties? Do you purchase them under a business name or do some of you use your personal name to purchase them? What is the best way?
