Putting down carpet
I plan on putting carpet in the upstairs unit of a up & down duplex. I am worried about the noise level because you can hear everything that happens in the upstairs unit if you are downstairs. Is there any type of acoustic padding that I can put underneath the carpet to better help with the noise?
