On-Market Deals with a Non-Investor-Friendly Title Company
Hi Everyone, quick question about an on market transaction. As the wholesaler, I'd like to double close on-market deals. What should I do if the title company used by the seller/agent does not allow double close transactions? If I were using hard money funds, is it common for them to approve transactions that are not done at the same title company??
