Full time College Student

Full time college student and part time military. I have not had a full time job for almost a year. Will banks approve me for a loan. I want to buy a house but not sure if I will get approved. What steps should I take and what would you recommend? Credit score is in great shape and debt to income ratio is also on a excellent scale.

@Account Closed- you will need  to have  some income / employment  history to be  approved by a lender  ...you say your  debt/ income is excellent  - what income are you using for this calculation  ....I would recommend  getting in touch with a local lender and  seeing if you can be  pre approved  for a  hypotehtical scenario ..this process is  free
