Full time college student and part time military. I have not had a full time job for almost a year. Will banks approve me for a loan. I want to buy a house but not sure if I will get approved. What steps should I take and what would you recommend? Credit score is in great shape and debt to income ratio is also on a excellent scale.

@Douglas Spence Thank you, I appreciate the feedback. I will be looking for the rockstar agents. I have a lender right now, is it good to shop around? If I can get approved for more with another lender is that obviously the one to go with if the rates are the same?

Getting out of military and have one more year of service. Should I use VA loan to purchase my first property like a multi family? I'm not sure what are the requirements for using va loan. Should I buy now or keep saving for another year? Will I wish later that I should have bought now instead of later ?

In military and debating to use my va loan to purchase a house. Approved for 450,000. I want to own a property that will create cash flow so when I transfer I can possibly rent it out. I don’t know what to do. Should I purchase new build? I also want to learn to wholesale but if I have a chance at making a purchase on a property should I go this route ?
