HI Everyone!  I am super excited to have my first rental property!  There a lots of things going through my head, but the first is keeping my finances organized.  I don't want to create a spreadsheet, so what would you recommend as the best tool to keep track of the finances for my property.  In my initial search, I found Quickbooks?? Is there anything better?
